GOLEM REGISTRY

Within the cavern that Caridin is located, in the Anvil of the Void, there is a large statue of a stone golem holding a tablet. It lists the names of many dwarves who were turned into golems

Examine it, take a copy of the names, and return it to Shaper Czibor who is located in the Orzammar Shaperate (Orzammar Diamond Quarter Map, L S) .

Rewards

Czibor will thank the Warden for their help and provide them with an item from the archives. You receive a Master Hale Rune or otherwise you get a crystal.
